2Sync (since 2021)As a Co-Founder and Director of Business at 2Sync, I lead all business aspects of our operations and accompanied the spin-off of the Mixed Reality research project. Our focus centers around developing the leading Mixed Reality software platform for immersive experiences that combine real and virtual worlds. Together with our team, we have been able to conceptualize, acquire, and execute projects for leading global technology and industrial companies, striving to deliver truly outstanding Extended Reality applications. Additionally, I actively engage as an enabler of Mixed Reality within various industry associations and regularly speak at conferences and trade shows.
IT Management Consultant
Accenture Strategy & Consulting (2021 - 2023)My main areas of expertise lie in Cloud Management, IT Cost Optimization and IT Benchmarking with a primary focus on serving large-scale mobility companies. A notable achievement was successfully implementing a Cloud Cost Management solution for an automotive manufacturer, resulting in significant annual savings of several million euros. Furthermore, I led projects aimed at aligning corporate portfolios with strategic objectives.

LEXTA Consultants Group (2016 - 2021)During my time at LEXTA, I specialized in IT Benchmarking, IT Cost Optimization and Information Security. I conducted more than 30 projects, including more than 10 IT benchmarks, where I identified non-market pricing and cost structures for IT services and derived actionable levers and optimization potentials. I provided valuable support to over 5 companies in implementing an ISMS according to ISO/IEC 27001 and provided valuable support for strategic management decisions with several KPI benchmarks.
